1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vyom Technologies and Solutions (“Vyom Tech Sol”, “we”, or “us”) website and its features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

This website is an informational marketing site for Vyom Tech Sol. It also offers interactive tools: an AI “console” that answers questions about our services, a project estimate tool, and a tool to request a call with our team. Access to these tools is provided free of charge and “as is.”

3. Estimates are informational, not a quote

Any estimate produced by the site — its phases and timelines — is a preliminary, non-binding indication generated with the help of automated tools. The site does not quote a price: pricing is provided by a person after we have reviewed your request. Nothing the site produces is an offer, quotation, contract, or commitment, and it does not create any obligation on either party. A binding scope, price, and timeline are established only in a written agreement signed by both parties after a discovery conversation.

4. Booking a call

Selecting a time slot submits a request to meet with our team. A slot is not guaranteed until we confirm it, and we may need to propose an alternative. Booking times shown on the site are in U.S. Central Time. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for attending scheduled calls.

5. The AI console

The AI console generates responses automatically and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Its output does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information beyond what is necessary to describe your enquiry.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
